Meet Brittany Hogan Alomar, owner

​A resident of Greenville, South Carolina, Brittany Hogan Alomar is a graduate of The Peabody Conservatory of Johns Hopkins University with a Master’s degree in Vocal Performance and Vocal Pedagogy. Prior to this, Brittany graduated from Furman University where she earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance.  In 2006, Brittany was also awarded the amazing opportunity to study at the Accademia dell’ Arte in Arezzo, Italy, where she performed in numerous recitals, concerts, and master classes.
 

Brittany's love for singing spans a variety of styles and genres. Some of her favorite roles include: The "Fox" in Janacek's The Cunning Little Vixen, Rosalinda in J. Strauss' Die Fledermaus, Eva Peron in Evita, Maria in Sound

of Music, Louise in Gypsy, Rosie in Bye, Bye, Birdie!, Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors and Nellie in South Pacific. Brittany also actively performs in concerts and recitals, and has been given the honor of performing the National Anthem at Wrigley Field for the Chicago Cubs and Bank of America Stadium for the Charlotte FC Professional Soccer Team. 

 

With over 13 years of private teaching experience, Brittany is most proud of developing her own thriving private voice studio in Greenville, SC (BHA Voice Studio). She also teaches at the SC Governor's School Summer Programs and was previously on the Voice Faculty at Anderson University. Many of her students have performed professionally, won prestigious vocal competitions, and have been accepted into some of the finest music schools in the country. Brittany also has served as music director for several musical productions and a variety of musical reviews.
